Subscription Cancellation

• Clients can cancel their monthly website management subscriptions at any time.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds are only considered in cases of billing errors or service failure caused by Creative Open.

Custom Development Services

• Deposits for custom website development are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be granted based on work completed.
